摘要: A detailed study of x‐ray line broadening has been made in severely cold‐worked filings pure Pd and five Ag–Pd alloys containing 20, 40, 60, 75, 80 wt.% Pd. Debye‐Scherrer shapes recorded a proportional counter diffractometer have analyzed both by Fourier integral breadth methods for the evaluation effective particle sizes (De)hkl rms strains (〈e2〉hkl1/2). It found that 〈e2〉hkl1/2 are anisotropic vary little with composition.
