摘要: Summary The aim of the present research was to determine interactive effect zearalenone (ZEA) and soybean isoflavone (ISO) on growth performance, development organs serum parameters in prepubertal gilts. Ninety 75-day-old female pigs (Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire, 26.5 ± 0.60 kg) were randomly allocated nine diet treatments during 21-day study. The experiment employed a 3 × 3 factorial design using non-soybean meal with addition 0, 0.5 or 2.0 mg/kg ZEA 300 600 mg/kg ISO. results indicated that simultaneous ISO had no significant influence performance Zearalenone 2 mg/kg increased (p   0.05) relative weight heart, liver, lung, kidney spleen. Isoflavone at could offset reproductive induced by ZEA. Simultaneous gilts level alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase alkaline phosphatase (p < 0.05) day 14 but their levels decreased over time. malondialdehyde concentrations superoxide dismutase glutathione peroxidase serum. suggested added diets reduce increase relieve oxidative stress phase
