摘要: Abstract Effects of elastic field interactions between precipitate droplets are incorporated in the statistical theory Ostwald ripening developed by Tokuyama and present authors. We find that effects begin to play important roles coarsening behavior when average droplet radius reaches size α/| B |φ where α is capillary length, φ volume fraction dimensionless strength misfit matrix. see attractive, slows down simultaneously distribution tends become narrow symmetrical. When repulsive accelerated broadens with positive skewness.
