Cette distingue les personnes ayant fait arret cardiaque presence (classe II) ou non I) secours qualifies1, pour lesquelles mort survient suites decision d’arret traitements reanimation III) et enfin chez qui inopine d’un donneur encephalique IV). En seuls sont autorises actuellement prelevements reins foie des categories I, II IV.
