摘要: Aim: The present study evaluated the effect of ethanolic extract Nardostachys jatamansi roots (NJet) on MYCN mediated regulation expression MDM2 and p53 proteins in neuroblastoma cell lines, IMR-32 SK-N-MC. Materials Methods: NJet viability was determined by MTT; growth kinetics trypan blue dye exclusion method soft agar assay. p53, response to treatment immunoblotting. Results: decreased cells without affecting non-cancerous, HEK-293 cells. It altered cancer a dose-dependent manner. down regulated with simultaneous increase tumor suppressor protein p53. Conclusions: data demonstrated that SK-N-MC through reduction lead expression. These preliminary results warrant further depth studies explore therapeutic potential management neuroblastoma.
