摘要: It has been suggested that the types of inflammatory round cell infiltrates and divergence in cytokine production profile by macrophages helper T cells regulate course infectious or diseases, including periodontitis gingivitis. We examined expression IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6 tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) mRNA inflamed gingiva situ hybridization. The results single-cell analysis were used as data sets for statistical analyses. density expressing IL-4 IL-5 was higher than IL-2 mRNA-expressing almost absent gingivitis specimens. Principal component disclosed three factors explaining 84.8% variance: one accounting 40.5% variance mainly regulated TNF-alpha, two others, 29.9% 14.4% variance, describing relationship between cytokines derived from Th2 type. These suggest produced infiltrating gingival tissue are influential on progression gingivitis, an acute reversible condition, to chronic destructive periodontitis. Thus, periodontal disease may be local network, bias this network towards a Th2-type dominance could exacerbating factor.
