摘要: The present study aimed at identifying factors that provide pleasure/suffering the work environment. For purpose, relationship was questioned within workers of a federal institution, due to fact it public one, and previous knowledge how collaborators feel react such situations in everyday activities their work. Dejours' Work Psychodynamics theory employed from experiences those workers. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with seven servants. Through content analysis interviews, possible detect discourses presented by institutions As factor linked suffering, difficulties imposed service highly hierarchical bureaucratically taken management mode exposed.
