摘要: The selective oxygenation of alkanes at ambient temperatures is scientifically exciting and the challenge has attracted numerous chemists. goal to mimic chemical behavior monooxygenases such as cytochrome P450’s methane monooxygenases. These enzymes can “insert” an oxygen atom into unactivated carbon-hydrogen bond. Dioxygen provides inserted in vivo a sacrificial reductant used convert other water.
