摘要: Development of adynamic bone in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism after intermittent calcitriol therapy. Intermittent therapy is commonly used to treat undergoing regular dialysis, but there little available information about the histologic response this form Accordingly, 14 children and adolescents biopsy-proven were treated oral or intraperitoneal doses for 12 months. Biochemical indices mineral metabolism including serum intact PTH levels measured monthly throughout study, biopsies repeated at end treatment. Before treatment, 11 had osteitis fibrosa three mild lesions hyperparathyroidism. Histologic improvement was seen patients, resolved 10 cases.
