摘要: Resonance Raman (RR) spectra of a series water-soluble copper(II) porphyrins mixed with DNA and synthetic oligonucleotides were measured by using CW pulsed laser exitation. In excitation (406.7 441.6 nm), all the these nucleic acids exhibit porphyrin core vibrations near 1570 1368 cm -1 . Upon (416 436 some aids containing ATAT sites extra bands at 1550 1346 , which originate in transient exciplex formulated as Cu(porphyrin) *+ (AT) -
