摘要: The changing healthcare environment challenges the traditional role of academic medicine. Pediatric radiologists involved in research, education and teaching are under pressure to forego such endeavors favor increased clinical responsibilities. How we perform research must change if our subspecialty is survive into future, as cannot afford give up duties researchers educators. To do so could summon beginning end for pediatric radiology. Rather, begin process restructuring radiology take account efficient use resources which provide greatest return on investment.
