摘要: Abstract During tunneling process by earth pressure balance (EPB) shield, the strata containing large amounts of sand and gravel are often encountered. The excavated soil in shield chamber has poor plastic flow larger permeability, so it leads to difficult construction EPB tunnel. In order ensure advance successfully, must be improved adding modified materials change its physical mechanical properties, make have a good state, low friction angle permeability. Soil improvement techniques can guarantee stability excavation face, achieve tunnel, reduce machinery load ground settlement, improve speed. existing mud used engineering practice is dispersing water system whose compositions bentonite water. Both composition function simple. various problems, such as waste emission, difficulties controlling indicators, areas for treatment uses new environmental pollution. this paper, kind environmentally friendly clay was developed, laboratory field tests were conducted verify adaptability superiority.
