摘要: Voluntary turnover in nonprofits can present a significant cost, reducing the performance of nonprofit and challenging its sustainability over time. This study examines voluntary sample human service (HS) organizations eight states, exploring relationship between implementation high work practices (HPWP) turnover. The findings demonstrate that certain HPWPs, including onboarding, leadership development, compensation, employee relations, are associated with lower results suggest seeking to improve retention should invest more time resources developing employees as future leaders cultivating positive working environment.
