摘要: Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) is an important agricultural crop that provides renewable natural fiber resources for the global textile industry. Technological developments in industry and improvements human living standards have increased requirement supplies better quality cotton. Upland cotton 0–153 elite cultivar harboring strong strength genes. To conduct quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping 0–153, we developed a population of 196 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) from cross between sGK9708. The traits 11 environments were measured genetic linkage map chromosome 25 comprising 210 loci was constructed using this RIL population, mainly simple sequence repeat markers single nucleotide polymorphism markers. QTLs identified across diverse composite interval method. A total 37 on 25, which 17 stably expressed at least two environments. stable QTL, qFS-chr25-4, detected seven located marker CRI-SNP120491 BNL2572, could explain 6.53%–11.83% observed phenotypic variations. Meta-analysis also confirmed above with previous reports. Application these contribute to improving provide information marker-assisted selection.
