摘要: A new analytic quasi-one-dimensional model of energy coupling to nanosecond pulse discharge plasmas in plane-to-plane geometry has been developed. The use a one-dimensional approach is based on images repetitively pulsed dry air demonstrating that the plasma remains diffuse and uniform time scale over wide range pressures. provides expressions for time-dependent electric field electron density plasma, sheath, sheath boundary location, coupled energy. predictions are very good agreement with numerical calculations. demonstrates (i) during an individual controlled primarily by capacitance dielectric layers breakdown voltage (ii) burst pulses decreases as function number burst.
