摘要: Abstract The effect of acute uremia on insulin removal by liver and muscle was investigated measuring the extraction porcine during recycling perfusion isolated hindlimb from nephrectomized rats. Insulin not affected uremia, hepatic normal uremic livers averaged 38% at perfusate concentrations ranging 50 to 600 μU/ml. In contrast, 13.4% comparable concentrations, this reduced 4.3% as a result uremia. A similar reduction in noted when animals perfused with blood media or blood. These findings indicate that efficiency is unaffected approximately threefold higher than for muscle. On other hand, it apparent skeletal muscle, virtue its mass relatively high flow, also an important organ system removal. Furthermore, data suggest 68% rats may contribute prolongation plasma characteristic patients renal failure.
