摘要: Abstract In γ-irradiated methylcyclohexane glass containing biphenyl, ITL (at 4.2, 66 and 77°K) the first thermoluminescence peak (90°K) result from recombination of cations with two different populations trapped electrons, apparently characterized by detrapping mechanisms: electron tunnelling in thermal disruption traps glow peak.
