摘要: The effect of the v-ski oncogene on transformation chicken hematopoietic cells was examined. In initial experiments viruses encoding oncoprotein did not transform bone marrow cells. However, whereas ts-v-sea solely erythroid cells, both and oncogenes were found capable transforming myeloid from monocytic and/or granulocytic lineages in addition to Analysis cell clones transformed by v-ski/ts-v-sea virus identified one clone that no longer expressed v-sea protein, indicating this protein necessary for initiation but maintenance transformation.
