摘要: Aim – Method: Clinical and laboratory characteristics of 201 children, (51.2% boys), aged 4.5 - 18 years with psychogenic cough were analyzed retrospectively. Children seen as outpatients, over an eleven year period (2002-2012). Half the children re-evaluated 6.95 (±3.4) later via a telephone conduct. Results:. characteristics: mean duration cough: 5.26 ± 3.1 months harsh explosive (75%), croupy barking (7.96%), exacerbating in presence medical staff (62%), disappearing sleep (98%), not exacerbated exercise (82%), accompanied wheeze (96.5%). Fifty –two percent appeared to be under psychological stress. Fifty-five had received antitussives, beta-2 agonists, inhaled steroids, anti-leucotrienes, anti-histamines, or oral no response.
