摘要: Abstract An acute trauma of the wrist was cause carpal tunnel syndrome due to median artery thrombosis. Thrombosis persistent sport is a rare entity. A case 23-year-old man, professional water polo player, who presented an after direct contusion anterior face during training reported. Diagnosis based in clinical examination/suspicion and Doppler Ultrasound confirmation. Surgical release exploration these cases mandatory.
