摘要: To elucidate the physiological role of canine serum ferritin, we measured clearance rates biotinylated ferritins in beagle. Biotinylated tissue were cleared rapidly from circulation. The time (T1/2) liver ferritin (H/L subunit ratio = 0.43) was 6.8 to 11.8 min, and that heart 3.69) 9.3 25.0 min. T1/2 independent iron content, whereas apoferritin (T1/2=31.2 32.7 min) more slowly removed circulation than holoferritin. On other hand, recombinant bovine H-chain homopolymer show a much slower rate removal (T1/2=153.8 155.0 compared with L-chain (T1/2=26.4 31.3 min). rapid suggests is an transporter canines.
