摘要: There is provided a high-spatial-resolution dynamic diagnostic instrument which can provide simultaneous measurements of laser-induced frequency-domain infrared photothermal radiometric and alternating-current (ac) modulated luminescence signals from defects, demineralization, remineralization caries in teeth intraorally. The emphasis on the abilities this to approach important problems such as detection, diagnosis ongoing monitoring carious lesions or defects occlusal pits fissures, smooth surfaces interproximal areas between normally go undetected by x-ray radiographs visual examination. also able detect early demineralized tooth remineralized well along margins restorations. This capability inspecting local spot be extended imaging sub-surface target using multi-array camera. Two configurations are presented.
