摘要: Fetal cardiac activity was monitored with an external ultrasound transducer in two patients clinical class III heart disease due to severe mitral stenosis complicated by pulmonary hypertension, undergoing open surgery cardiopulmonary bypass the 2nd trimester of pregnancy. distress detected one patient, who had valvuloplasty, and corrected increasing rate blood flow, other patient a valve replacement but no fetal noted. The postoperative course both mothers fetuses uneventful.
