摘要: The composition and formation of effective teams is crucial for both companies, to assure their competitiveness, a broad range emerging applications exploiting multiagent collaboration (e.g. human-agent teamwork, crowdsourcing). aim this article provide an integrative perspective on team composition, relationship with performance. Thus, we review classify the contributions in computer science literature dealing these topics. Our purpose twofold. First, intend identify strengths weaknesses made so far. Second, pursue research gaps opportunities. Given volume existing literature, our not intended be exhaustive. Instead, focus most recent that broke new ground spur innovative research.
