摘要: The present invention is directed to antagonistic antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof having specificity for PACAP. These inhibit, block or neutralize at least one biological effect associated with PACAP, e.g., vasodilation. In exemplary embodiments these may comprise specific VH, VL, CDR polypeptides described herein. some bind and/or compete epitope(s) on human further using anti-PACAP antibodies, thereof, the diagnosis, assessment, treatment of diseases disorders PACAP conditions where antagonism PACAP-related activities, such as vasodilation, mast cell degranulation, neuronal activation, are therapeutically beneficial, headache migraine indications.
