摘要: Using multiple imaging modalities while performing independent experiments in parallel can greatly enhance the throughput of microscopy-based research, but requires provision appropriate experimental conditions a format that meets microscopys optical requirements. Although customized chambers meet these challenges, difficulty manufacturing custom and relatively high cost design inflexibility commercial has limited adoption this approach. Herein, we demonstrate use 3D printing to produce inexpensive, live-cell are compatible with range including super-resolution microscopy. In approach, biocompatible plastics used print designed specific needs an experiment, followed by adhesion printed chamber glass coverslip, producing is impermeant liquids which supports growth cells over days. This approach also be moulds for casting PDMS microfluidic devices. The utility demonstrated using designs multiplex microscopy, under shear, chemotaxis, general cellular imaging. Together, represents inexpensive yet highly customizable modern microscopy techniques.
