摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to nucleic acid amplification systems and methods suitable for construction of samples, including normalized libraries. In some embodiments, the method includes providing one or more input contacting each samples (e.g., library) with a reaction mixture first normalization primers second primers, wherein are immobilized on solid support in solution phase, amplifying under conditions such that substantially all incorporated into products. Further provided droplet actuator devices configured carry out disclosed herein. Compositions include libraries, preferably normalized, prepared accordance also provided.
