摘要: We report the atomic layer deposition of titanium dioxide on carbon nanosheet templates and investigate effects postdeposition annealing in a helium environment using different characterization techniques. The crystallization coating upon is observed situ X-ray diffraction. (micro)structural films carried out by scanning electron microscopy advanced transmission Our study shows that processed nanosheets templated layers resulting formation porous, nanocrystalline photocatalytically active dioxide-carbon composite film.
