摘要: In the framework of mean-field based transport approaches, we discuss recent results concerning collective motion and low-energy heavy ion reactions involving neutron-rich systems. We focus on aspects which are particularly sensitive to isovector terms nuclear effective interaction corresponding symmetry energy. As far as excitations concerned, mixed nature dipole oscillations in On other hand, for close Coulomb barrier, investigate structure pre-equilibrium oscillations, focusing their sensitivity energy behavior below normal density. Nucleon emission is also considered within same context. The possible impact relevant these mechanisms examined. From this analysis expect put further constraints Equation State, crucial importance astrophysical
