摘要: This paper investigates two related matters. First, what proportion of the population is represented by matched sample (i.e. gross flows data) in Labour Force Survey, why this it and does vary over time? Second, given that around 20% are not sample, how representative labour market indices derived from data and, if biases present, source implications bias?
