Conservative management of interstitial pregnancy using operative laparoscopy.

摘要: Interstitial pregnancy has been treated so far mainly by either resection of the cornu or hysterectomy. In this article, two patients with cornual were operated upon laparoscopically an uneventful postoperative recovery. This laparoscopic treatment is simple, does not require extensive operative expertise, and relatively short less expensive than laparotomy. We suggest that conservative repair be used to replace laparotomy hysterectomy in cases early diagnosed interstitial pregnancy.
