摘要: The contributing role of financial institutions towards stabilization and growth an economy cannot be overlooked. Employees play a pivotal in achieving organizational goals. Gaining employee satisfaction commitment is gnawing concern facing banking industry Pakistan. This paper aims to investigate the impact factors such as work – family balance, perceived job security Person-Environment (P.E) Fit on sector Lahore, Using systematic random sampling technique, sample 252 employees from various banks was surveyed using structured standardized questionnaire. Correlation regression techniques were applied analyze data. results supported study hypotheses, revealing that work-family person-environment fit had sector.
