摘要: A sample of 31 schizophrenic patients free anti-psychotic drugs was examined on admission to hospital. 14 (45%) exhibited depressed mood. The course depressive symptoms and psychotic followed weekly while the received increasing doses haloperidol in a standardised regime. In 11 there close correspondence between symptoms, suggesting that these cases, depression an integral part illness. other three clinical various gave some support concepts ‘pharmacogenic’ ‘post-psychotic depression’, although it not possible choose them.
