摘要: PURPOSE:To smooth the amount of generated codes by controlling a quantizing part correcting termination quantization and scale predicting from valid coefficient obtained output without monitoring data stored in an buffer at all times. CONSTITUTION:At image coder, coding is controlled using counter 15 for counting number coefficients while signal control 16 terminating 12 when value turned to set value, simultaneously deciding next block, acquiring 14 certain fixed intervals.
