摘要: Structure and viscoelastic properties of negatively charged oil-in-water (o/w) microemulsions have been investigated. Microemulsions (ME) containing soya phosphatidylcholine (SPC), eumulgin HRE 40 (EU) sodium oleate (SO) as surfactant, cholesterol (CHO) oil phase, aqueous buffer with without the antitumoral doxorubicin (DOX) studied. The effect phase/surfactant ratio (O/S) DOX incorporation on structural rheological studied in several compositions ME systems. analyses were performed through oscillation stress sweep, creep recovery test, viscosity test. combination high O/S provided a further structure linear behavior. Independently phase diameter increases according to sigmoid profile, stabilizing up 340 min. apparent decreases minimum value shear rate, but both system. MEs directly dependent can be used improve application system pharmaceutical field.
