Synthesis and enhancement of microwave absorption property by coating silicon dioxide and polyaniline for Fe-Co alloy

摘要: Abstract In this study, a novel core-shell ternary composite systems containing Fe-Co alloy (Fe-Co) @silicon dioxide (SiO2) @polyaniline (PANI) was prepared by rational route. The product exhibited high-performance electromagnetic absorption property within the range of 2–18 GHz. Meanwhile, elements, structure, morphology and wave parameters FeCo@SiO2@PANI were subsequently detected XRD, XPS, TEM, SEM VNA. maximum reached −48.6 dB with layer thickness only 1.6 mm effective frequency width lower than −10 dB reaches 8.4 GHz 1.6–4.0 mm. addition, adding in paraffin matrix is 30 wt%. Consequently, it believed that materials could be used as an excellent absorber lightweight, thin thickness, broad bandwidth strong absorption.
