摘要: Technology makes all kind of business functions(such as manufacturing, finance, service, etc.) perform better. To survive in a highly competitive environment, companies should resign their structure by new technologies. On the other hand, sectors which are not so like public library services, need to use technologies serve One technology applications that has been used various for 2000 years, is RFID technology. In this context, it was investigated whether useful services with case study concept qualitative research method. For study, Turkey chosen sample IRCICA Istanbul. working and using UHF system.
