摘要: Autophagic-lysosomal degradation is essential for the maintenance of normal homeostasis in eukaryotic cells. Several types such self-degradative and recycling pathways have been identified. From these, probably least known autophagic process crinophagy, during which unnecessary or obsolete secretory granules directly fuse with late endosomes/lysosomes as a means rapid elimination unused material from cytoplasm. This was identified 1966, but we are only beginning to understand molecular mechanisms regulation crinophagy. In this review, summarize current examination methods possible model systems, discuss recently factors that required give an overview potential medical relevance process.
