摘要: Coherent structures in turbulent flows are reviewed mainly from work carried out at the University of Melbourne and possible uses concept for predicting evolution turbulence discussed. Emphasis is placed on so-called “coherent substructures” plane mixing layers wall turbulence. The use spectra making inferences concerning properties coherent substructures outlined.
