摘要: When nanocarriers are administered into the blood circulation, a complex biomolecular layer known as "protein corona" associates with their surface. Although drivers of corona formation not known, it is widely accepted that this mediates biological interactions nanocarrier its surroundings. Label-free optical methods can be used to study protein without interfering dynamics. We demonstrate proof-of-concept for multi-parametric surface plasmon resonance (MP-SPR) technique in monitoring on surface-immobilized liposomes subjected flowing 100 % human serum. observed formulation-dependent "hard" and "soft" coronas distinct refractive indices, thicknesses, mass densities. MP-SPR was also employed determine affinity (K D ) complement system molecule (C3b) cationic polyethylene glycol.
