摘要: Today, genetic testing is an option for individuals who have deafness and hard-of-hearing conditions (D/HOH) their families diagnosis carrier detection. As more D/HOH genes are identified, will become commonplace. However, different from other tests that physicians commonly order therefore should be conducted differently. The objective of this study was to determine the best manner in which conduct D/HOH. Numerous studies shown pretest post-test counseling beneficial patients undergoing a variety conditions. need emphasized by our recently completed we found majority whose children had poor understanding many issues concerning recurrence risks meaning test results. We think integral part D/HOH.
