摘要: AbstractMonodisperse α-Fe2O3 nanocubes with a mean size of 70 nm have been successfully synthesised by hydrothermal process using Fe(NO3)3 and NaOH as raw materials. The morphology nanostructure products were characterised X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy field-emission scanning microscopy. results revealed that reaction temperature had remarkable effect on the nanoparticles. Furthermore, α-FeOOH was generated intermediate during dehydration nanocrystals experienced complex time-dependent evolution. For synthesis nanocubes, optimum time 180°C 6 hours, respectively. In addition, obtained rapid purification via heat treatment at 600°C for 1 hour.
