摘要: Poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS)/multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) conductive composites were prepared through the simple mixing of PPS granules with MWNT powder and subsequent compression. The electrical properties as a function loading clearly showed low percolation threshold about 0.22 vol % high critical exponent value 3.55 for by this method. A comparison study via melt was also carried out, where random dispersion MWNTs achieved. There existed striplike morphology in matrix selectively located strips caused effects temperature pressure on conductivity PPS/MWNT compression are discussed. In addition, dependence flow direction compression, higher parallel to than perpendicular direction.
