摘要: Abstract Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the possible effects multisite injection therapy around shoulder and prospectively compare pain relief, range motion functional scores randomly selected patients with primary frozen using American Shoulder Elbow Surgeons (ASES) score University California- Los Angeles (UCLA) after completion a standard physiotherapy program. Methods Seventy-six were divided into two groups based on treatment: single injection. In group, glenohumeral joint posteroinferior capsule, subacromial space, posterosuperior biceps long head coracohumeral ligament injected combination 2 ml triamcinolone acetonide (40 mg/ml), 4 bupivacaine (0.5%), 34 saline solution. group 1 mg/ml) (0.5%). Patients in both underwent physical same protocol. evaluated for (visual analog scale (VAS)), status active-passive (ROM) at 1, 3, 6 months year Results follow-up rate 82.6%, significantly lower VAS recorded all periods by than those (p=.01). terms active passive ROM, results better (p Conclusions Both treatments effective shoulder. However, technique provided palliation, ROM restoration FS who treated regimen. Level Evidence prognostic, comparative
