摘要: ABSTRACT. Objectives. Taking into account that ge-netic predisposition, marked by human leukocyte anti-gen (HLA) class I and II genes, augments the probabilityof developing an autoimmune disorder after a triggeringvaccination, as largely debated, we investigated fre-quency of autoantibody production recombinanthepatitis B vaccine (rHBv) in 6-year-old children immu-nized at birth to evaluate association between auto-immune disorders hepatitis virus vaccination. Methods. We presence autoanti-bodies 210 who were immunizedat with rHBv: 200 showed anti-hepatitis surfaceantigen concentrations > 10 mUI/mL seroconversion(responders), nonresponders. Data werecompared those obtained 109 unvaccinated chil-dren. All participants screened for ofantinuclear antibodies (ANAs), anti-DNA, antimitochon-drial, anti-liver/kidney microsomal, antireticulin, anti-smooth muscle (SMA), antiribosomal antibodies. Allparticipants also anti-thyroid antibodies, such antithyroglobulin anti-peroxidase, found type 1 diabetes, such tyrosine phosphatase (IA-2A) glutamic aciddecarboxylase (GADA).
