摘要: Besides central tolerance peripheral is an important mechanism to avoid development of autoimmunity. Naturally occurring thymic-derived regulatory T cells (nTreg) mediate by suppressing autoreactive clones having escaped thymic deletional control. This implies that nTreg have therapeutic potential dampen autoimmune disease. However, one the main challenges for application still remains scarce amount available. Transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β1) plays a critical role in generation and immunosuppressive function thereby contributing immune homeostasis. TGF-β1 thought be essential with suppressive properties can induced vitro TGF-β1. These so-called TGF-β1-induced (iTreg) from conventional CD4(+) addition this discovery has added new options use therapeutically. Here we discuss vivo functions murine human light as treatment diseases including current problems drawbacks their use.
