摘要: We report a unified model, free of any adjustable parameter, for size-dependence intrinsic diffusion activation energy elements in crystals. It is found that as the size nanocrystals decreases, atoms decreases and corresponding coefficient strongly increases due to Arrhenius relationship between them, which leads evident at room temperature. The model prediction agreement with experimental results N into bcc Fe Ag Au nanoparticles.
