摘要: The processes involved in both normal and abnormal growth of the heart are poorly understood. Enlargement following haemodynamic overload or as a result congenital disease young adult mammal may from cellular molecular mechanisms which have common features. Protein factors known to play critical role cycle cell division, differentiation cells variety organs tissues. In heart, their effects on endothelial angiogenesis subject intense interest. However, relatively less is about possible proliferation enlargement cardiac myocyte. Recent studies, vitro vivo, suggest that myocytes target selected factors, they could be implicated hypertrophic growth.
