摘要: Abstract Mixed oxide catalysts on the basis of molybdenum and vanadium are industrially important for partial oxidation acrolein to acrylic acid. For a better understanding oxygen pathways an optimised model catalyst with stoichiometric composition Mo 7.5 V 2.5 W 0.5 O x , so-called Steady State Isotopic Transient Kinetic Analysis (SSITKA) method was employed. After switching from 16 2 18 formation O-labelled observed. Acrolein exchanges its carbonyl solid catalyst. This exchange is also reflected in isotopic distribution products (acrylic acid combustion products). Subsequent desorption acrolein, as well further reaction products, can take place.
