摘要: Abstract Objective Periodontal tissue engineering is an attractive approach for restoring periodontal-supporting structures and functions. However, complete periodontal regeneration has not been accomplished. Previous studies demonstrated the feasibility of using cell sheets treated dentin matrix (TDM) to regenerate bio-roots. Methods In this study, we regenerated combined with TDM particles (TDMPs). Human dental follicle cells (hDFCs) were isolated characterized. (hDFCSs) human TDMPs (hTDMP) fabricated The osteogenic effect hTDMP was evaluated on bone marrow stromal (hBMSCs) in vitro a rat calvarial defect vivo. Real-time PCR, western blotting, radiograph analysis, histological analysis performed evaluate induction capacity hTDMP. One-wall intrabony defects prepared TDMP/DFCSs beagle dogs. Results results showed that hDFCs mesenchymal stem cells. promoted proliferation differentiation hBMSCs. New formation observed zone both hydroxyapatite/β-tricalcium phosphate groups. Periodontal-like tissues better canine TDMP + DFCS group than other Significance These demonstrate potential regeneration.
